We’re increasing our product advisory staff to provide excellent product advice to our customers on a part-time, flexible basis either as employees or from self-employed individuals looking for contract work. Providing helpful advice to customers as well as selling a range of products and services, Nature Trail has a wide customer base and excellent reputation, trading for over 35 years.

Given the specialist nature of the product ranges, this role would be especially suitable for those who are active practitioners in nutrition or those with a nursing, medical, holistic or caring background. Retail experience itself is not a necessity (but is an advantage) as the operational aspects of the job will be covered by training. Having a positive attitude and willingness to learn and applying some of your own knowledge and experience is preferred.

Alternative health, wellbeing, environment and sustainability are all promoted in the shop, so empathy and alignment with these values is also preferred. Additional training in specific advice areas may be offered to team members who are interested in developing even more specialist roles as this business is ripe for expansion into areas with local demand. Plus, there is the on-going support of the business owner and her extensive product knowledge.
