Nature Trail TrailPoints Card Terms & Conditions

The TrailPoints Card scheme is operated by Nature Trail, 39 Castle Street Omagh BT78 1DD.

Nature Trail can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual TrailPoints Card account.

All TrailPoints Cards belong to Nature Trail.

The TrailPoints Card scheme is only valid in Nature Trail Omagh.

We do not issue additional cards for the same account.

If we identify that you hold two or more TrailPoints Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.

The TrailPoints Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Nature Trail reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

Nature Trail can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a TrailPoints Card account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated offers.

Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your TrailPoints Card account are subject to store and online network availability.

Nature Trail will remove TrailPoints Card points from registered Nature Trail TrailPoints Card accounts that haven’t been used for one year or have been closed.

All TrailPoints Cards should be registered with Nature Trail. After one year, Nature Trail will remove the Nature Trail TrailPoints Card points on unregistered cards.

To benefit from the Nature Trail TrailPoints Card scheme you must be aged 16 years or over.

Data Protection

Nature Trail is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so. Please refer to our privacy policy at naturetrailhealth.com for full details of how and why we use your personal information.

Collecting Points

The standard number of points you will collect is three TrailPoints Card points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases; however the number of points collected can vary.

If you forget your TrailPoints Card, please ask the cashier to validate your receipt. You will need to provide the validated receipt within 30 days of the transaction with your TrailPoints Card to be able to collect your points.

Points are not available on gift cards, gift boxes, third party or charitable merchandise and delivery charges.

Nature Trail (Omagh) Limited reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.

Spending points

One point is worth one penny to spend on products in store. We will not exchange TrailPoints Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

Points cannot be spent on gift cards, gift boxes, delivery charges, third party or charitable merchandise.

You must have enough TrailPoints Card points to cover the cost of the product; you cannot make a part payment of points towards a product or service.

Nature Trail reserves the right to ask for identification such as driving licence or bus pass when spending points.

We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for TrailPoints Card points collection and redemption in store and/or online without notice.

Returning items

If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Nature Trail TrailPoints Card account.

If your TrailPoints Card points is faulty, please return it to the Nature Trail store for a replacement. If necessary, we will credit your account with the previous points balance. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
